The flow rate and sample injection volume (load amount) in HPLC are
generally proportional to the column cross-sectional area. By entering the ID and either the flow rate or sample injection volume (load amount) for COLUMN-1, and the ID for COLUMN-2, the corresponding flow rate or load amount can be calculated. Reverse calculations are also possible. |
